United Healthcare (UHC). Rutenberg Realtors who work at least 25 hours a week and are
members of the National Association of Realtors can enroll in our Guaranteed Issue Group
Health and Dental Insurance Plan and our optional Health Savings Account upon a Change of
Status (part-time to full-time); a Life Changing Event; on the first of the month
following the date of hire, or during the Open Enrollment period each April. The UHC plan
is an open Access PPO which means that participants may choose to see any Network or
Non-Network care provider at any time, without a referral from a Primary Care Physician.
